Impotent Folks Should Die Alone

I refuse to believe this is being taken seriously by anyone. Such a ridiculous law would be detrimental to everyone, gay or straight.

A new initiative is turning heads around the state of Washington as the gay-marriage debate heats up again. A bill has been introduced that would allow only couples capable of having kids to marry, and require that they file "proof of procreation" within three years of the marriage. If the couple fails to have a child in time, the marriage would be annulled.
