Blogger's Note: Mean Girls honestly does not suck!
[update] It seems appropriate to form our own list of "Chick Flicks That Don't Suck." As you can see, the person who created this list added many titles that simply feature scenes that a typical straight guy would find appealing. As Greg put it, in the case of Gia, "girl-on-girl does not = chick flick."
Here are the suggestions so far:
Mean Girls
When Harry Met Sally
Sleepless In Seattle
The Devil Wears Prada
You've Got Mail
Love Actually
Four Weddings And A Funeral
Notting Hill
The Princess Bride
Please leave more of your suggested titles in the comment section and I'll add them to the list. BTW, I realize I'm not a straight guy but I do own both The Rock and Con Air on Blu-Ray so suck it, I'm contributing.

I thought 'Shrek' was a kids movie?!?
And I wouldn't consider 'Knocked Up' a chick flick...it's not like it's a romantic comedy...
Yeah I'm not sure why they put Shrek on there. Personally, I would add The Devil Wears Prada to that list.
I would add "When Harry Met Sally" and "Sleepless in Seattle" and even the much awaited sequel "You've Got Mail" to the list...
This is interesting, Torrey, but man, do these people not seem to understand the definition of "chick flick." Shrek? Gia? Out of Sight? Knocked Up? Bound? Really?
None of the top 5 could realistically be considered "chick flicks." Nope.
I agree with Nik that When Harry Met Sally belongs on the list. How about Four Weddings and a Funeral or Notting Hill or... well, just see Hugh Grant's filmography, circa 1995-2002 (Mickey Blue Eyes excluded).
Notting Hill is a good call. My straight friend Chris is totally gay for that movie.
I need to pipe in.
You've got Mail -- does suck. Huge donkey balls.
I could argue that Princess Bride should be added. I know many guys that do not want to see it simply because the title seems too chick-flickish.
Knocked up and 40-year old virgin and Wedding Crashers are guy-oriented comedies with a chewy chick flick center.
I will add Princess Bride to the list. I hadn't thought about it and it fits.
